REGIS must PUT CARE BEFORE PROFITS!

tell REGIS: it's time tO MAKE CARE A PRIORITY.

After aged care workers worked tirelessly to care for older Australians through the pandemic, Regis is still refusing to pay its aged care workers what they are worth.

Aged care workers at Regis have made demands for more time to care, more staff and better pay, but management are not listening.

Meanwhile, over 370 reports of understaffing were made by Regis workers to Aged Care Watch

Regis receives millions in taxpayer funding and increased its profits by a massive 26%, to $44.1 million this year, yet the company still won’t commit to fair pay and conditions for all aged care workers, or to giving them the time they need to provide quality care.

Regis MUST listen to their workers and act to give workers more time to care

Time is up! Regis workers won’t give up fighting for a fair offer that puts care first.
