About this pay increase:

United Workers Union has been negotiating the agreement with 64 employers and the Anthony Albanese Government since 2023. As soon as this Agreement is finalised, your union has made sure that other Early Educators can join the groundbreaking agreement and receive the pay increase by ensuring other employers have the ability to apply to be covered by the Union Approved Agreement.
