I’m one of the lucky ones, I’m still working, however my employment agency has pulled a shifty.
The place where work asked the workers if anyone would be interested in arvo shift for 15% extra pay so I said yes. I was being payed above award on day shift, but now I’m getting award afternoon shift rates. So I’ve moved to arvo shift and I’m getting stuff all extra for it. Do I have a leg to stand on?
