Your employer now needs to decide whether they want to be part of the new union approved sector wide agreement or say no to what their educators want. Union members will also have a say about being part of the historic pay rise and agreement, even if your employer doesn’t opt-in to the agreement seamlessly.
We are here to support you every step of the way. That is why we are inviting you and your workmates to attend a 30 minute online meeting to go over the next steps and make sure you understand the process.
