WE NEED COST OF LIVING ACTION

Times are tough and Queenslanders are struggling. We are in the middle of a cost-of-living crisis and the cost of everything keeps going up.

Workers in Australia are working harder than ever. But our wages are going backwards and we’re getting crushed by rising costs. Power prices are up. Grocery prices are up. And big business is profiteering off Queenslanders. We are struggling to pay our household bills.

According to research more than 40 per cent of households have struggled to afford household basics just in the last three months, and over half of Australians say they will struggle to pay bills in the next three months.

We need action from the Queensland Government to ease cost of living pressures. We need this action now.
